Work : dodgeball case study
I spent the better part of four years working on dodgeball, taking from when it was my graduate thesis project in February of 2004, to its public launch in April 2004 and finally through our time at Google, that ended in April 2007.

Throughout all of that time, the two-person company was run with a startup mentality, with each of us constantly wearing different hats in order to get everything done that needed to be done.

The development process was very dynamic but the demands of our roles resulted in features being built, tested and rebuilt without much documentation. That being said, I've put together this walkthrough to illustrate why we made some of the decisions we made and how that translated to the user experience.

There's plenty more to talk about regarding the dodgeball experience but this should be a good place to get started.
